At Malai Thai Kitchen, food is more than a meal—it’s a way of bringing people together.
Our story begins with family and a love for Thai cooking. After more than 20 years of experience working in Thai restaurants, our family dreamed of creating a place of our own, where we could share the dishes, flavors, and hospitality that have always been a part of our lives.
The name Malai comes from the Thai phuang malai, a traditional flower garland given as a symbol of welcome, respect, and good wishes. We chose this name because it represents the feeling we want every guest to experience when they walk through our doors: warm, welcomed, and cared for.
Our dishes are prepared with the flavors we grew up with, from comforting curries and stir-fries to noodles, soups, and family favorites. Whether you're joining us for a quick lunch, picking up dinner, or sitting down with family and friends, we hope Malai Thai Kitchen feels like a place you’ll want to return to.
